2. What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express online. We also happily accept money orders and cashiers checks via mail order.

3. Do you sell wholesale?

At this time we do not sell any of our products wholesale.

4. How do I measure my pet?

For proper sizing measure your pet from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.

5. What is your exchange/return policy?

If any item purchased from Little Dog Heaven fails to meet your expectations, simply return the merchandise in it's original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange. If the return is due to sizing error we have to charge a handling fee, so please measure your little darling carefully.

When you return merchandise, please note on the packing receipt the reason for the return and what you want to exchange the merchandise for.

We recommend that you ship via UPS with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. Please remember we cannot accept exchanges for any items that are sent back after 30 days, have been used, or are not in new condition. Toys cannot be returned of exchanged.

6. How will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders via FedEx within the continental U.S. We will email the tracking number to you.

7. Can I order through the mail using personal check or money order?

We do not accept personal checks, but money orders and cashiers checks are welcome.

8. Do you ship outside the continental U.S.?

Yes, but shipping times and costs will be different, we will contact you via email with the appropriate information.

International customers are responsible for loss or damage once items are shipped to an international destination.

9. Availability of products

In-stock items will ship the next business day. If an item you have ordered is not in-stock we will notify you via email when your item will ship.
